Yoga for Special Needs Adults + Teens

With the practice of yoga comes a powerful reward: a peaceful body and mind. The Stretch What Matters yoga classes for teens and adults serve those who can participate in a group setting. Yoga classes are typically blocked in 4–6 week sessions and must be booked in advance—no walk-ins, please.

Class Dynamics

Each yoga class features calming music, breathing exercises, gentle yoga sequences, and a deep relaxation period. Instructive visuals like flash cards and color-coded yoga mats help beginners practice comfortably and safely.

Class length: 60 minutes per class

Price: $15 per class; participants who benefit from additional support may bring a parent or caregiver at no extra cost. Classes must be reserved in blocks.

Please see Session Schedule and Pre-registration details below.

Location: Roots and Wings Yoga and Healing Arts Center, 317 North Main Street, Natick, MA 01760
