Special Needs - Group Yoga Classes

Who is this yoga program designed for?

Stretch What Matters™, LLC offers adapted yoga classes for individuals with special needs able to participate in a group.

What will a group yoga session look like?
Each class is 60-minutes in length and taught by Elizabeth Goranson.  Through breathing exercises, yoga postures, flowing sequences and a deep relaxation period, students are exposed to the powerful benefits of yoga.  Participants receive support through concrete directions, calming music and visuals (schedules, yoga pose flash cards and customized color-coded yoga mats) -  perfect for beginners.  Participants who benefit from additional support are welcome to participate with a Parent/Caregiver at no extra cost.

Pre-registration is required.
